ELMA Pazar has insisted she’ll “never” give up her day job despite fame from starring in Love Island and The Only Way Is Essex.

The 29-year-old initially appeared on the ITV2 dating show in 2019 before joining ITVBe’s Towie for it’s latest series.

But off-screen Elma works as a lash technician and she has no intention of leaving the beauty industry.

She said: “I love it. That’s my bread and butter. Lashes will always be my bread and butter. It’s what I enjoy.

“I enjoy talking to people and chewing someone’s ear off while I’m doing their lashes. That for me is perfect.”

Elma – who previously opened up to The Celeb Report about her budding romance with co-star James ‘Diags’ Bennewith – added to the Mirror: “I’ve been very lucky and I feel like lashes takes up quite a lot of my day and I’m living and breathing the business.”

Confessing that James has so far resisted her advances, Elma said: “I’ve had an on-off thing with Diags – well I say that but it’s not like anything has ever happened because it hasn’t – but I basically love him, and he is not reciprocating.”

Not giving up hope, the stunning star said “it’s meant to be but it just hasn’t been.”

Diags is believed to be currently single, and he revealed in June this year that he’s ready to settle down.

He explained:  “When you get to my age you want to think about finding someone proper.

“Be mates first. People say don’t friend zone but you can turn it into something good.”

Hinting that he was hoping for more than friendship with Elma, Diags continued:  “Elma is lovely. I love her”
