LOVE Island star Liam Reardon has revealed that pop star Peter Andre offered him advice about how to deal with his newfound celebrity status.
The Welsh hunk was catapulted to fame over the summer when he won the show alongside his now girlfriend Mille Court and was thrown into the deep end of celebrity when he emerged from the villa a star.
Speaking about the help he’s had since, Liam told the Daily Star: “I met Peter Andre and I was speaking to Ashley Banjo after the Pride of Britain awards and they gave me some good advice.
“They told me to enjoy the ride, take the opportunities that come your way and be sensible with things.
“Before Love Island I looked at these people like massive celebs I’d never meet and the fact we’re chatting to each other like normal people now is crazy.”
He added that he had also been in touch with Finn Tapp, who won the winter series, and Kem Cetinay.
Things have gone from strength to strength for Millie and Liam since winning the show and they recently splashed the cash on a £1million home.
The pair are said to have cash on a three-storey apartment in an Elizabethan mansion conversion.
They haven’t officially moved in yet though – because they still don’t have beds, or wifi.
Meanwhile, Millie has just signed a huge six figure deal with eyelash company Eylure, just weeks after landing one with fashion giant Asos.
An insider dished: “Millie has been inundated with big money offers since leaving the villa and bagged an impressive six-figures with Eylure.
“She was thrilled to team up with them as they are her favourite eyelash brand and it feels like a really natural next step.
“Millie is doing really well financially and on track for millionaire status in the next couple of months.”
