LOVE Island fans have begged bosses to step in after “humiliated” Teddy broke down in tears over his explosive row with Faye.
Viewers are complaining to Ofcom about last night’s episode as they claim Teddy was “emotionally abused” in the uncomfortable scenes.
The reality star lost her temper after watching Teddy snog Clarisse in Casa Amor and then proclaim “I’m technically single” in a chat with the lads afterwards.
She then went on a rampage taking down every boy in the villa before having a furious fight with Teddy in front of the stunned Islanders.
He later broke down in tears as his relationship with the feisty estate agent ended.
One fan said: “Faye is literally being emotionally abusive to Teddy and you really can’t deny that. Someone needs to step in to make sure he’s okay.”
Another said: “Faye is obviously unwell and needs some help, producers need to step in now before she crashes. Her abuse of Teddy is not acceptable.”
Someone else added: “Faye is one angry girl. Can’t help but feel the producers should step in, would be outrage if it was the other way around.”
A viewer insisted: “Producers you need step in and tell Faye to pack her bags. Im sure that will knock her off her high horse. Her behaviour was toxic af its not ok.”
Another said: “So @LoveIsland what happened on tonight’s show between Faye & Teddy was abuse. 100%.
“Utterly horrifying to watch someone bully, humiliate & emotionally trample another human being the way Faye did to Teddy. I don’t know why a producer did not step in, just horrendous.”
The Celeb Report revealed Faye has been sent violent death threats in the aftermath of last night’s episode.
Fans have been left horrified by the “disgusting comments” left on Faye’s Instagram page, which is being run by her friends and family.
Love Island warned fans to “think before you post” before the episode was aired last night.
Axed star Sharon Gaffka told her followers: “I just want to quickly remind Love Island fans that no matter what has happened in tonight’s episode, and no matter your opinion, please remember that it is somebody’s friend or family member managing their accounts.
“They do read the messages they get sent!
“I beg please do not use this as an excuse to send horrible messages to any islanders socials.”
The dramatic scenes saw Faye brand her partner Teddy a “two-faced p***k” in the series’ most explosive clash to date.
Upset viewers have since vowed to vote Faye off the show and complain to Ofcom after she “screamed for an hour”.
