LOVE Island’s Tyrique Hyde has been blasted by fans for making a “disrespectful” comment to Ella Thomas during the latest recoupling.
The villa descended into chaos on Wednesday night as the islanders reunited following Casa Amor – and Tyrique was at the forefront.

He made a ‘disrespectful’ comment when she recoupled with Ouzy See
Amid the drama, Ella, 23, returned to the villa with bombshell newbie Ouzy See on her arm.
Her decision to recouple with Ouzy, 28, has left 23-year-old Tyrique both single and furious, as he decided to remain loyal to her.
But any sympathy for Tyrique rapidly flew out of the window when he was asked by host Maya Jama if he was surprised by Ella’s decision.
The semi-pro footballer brutally said: “I didn’t really expect it from her. But I guess you were never mine, just my turn.”
While the comment left some of the islanders open-mouthed, many viewers at home were horrified by his callous remark.
Taking to Twitter, one Love Island fan raged: “’She was never mine, it was just my turn. Tyrique that was mad disrespectful.”
Another fumed: “’It was just my turn?’ Now don’t be disrespectful now, Tyrique.”
A third said: “Tyrique is NASTY, I hope Ella does not go back to him after that ‘my turn’ comment.”
And someone chimed in: “’It was just my turn’. Oh Tyrique is nasty and disgusting.”
This year’s Casa Amor came to a dramatic conclusion on Wednesday after just three days. Six unlucky Casa bombshells were axed and several of the villa OGs were left single.
Kady McDermott wasn’t hugely impressed to find herself standing alone after Zachariah Noble decided to recouple with Molly Marsh.
Scott Van Der Sluis was also left with his head in his hands when Catherine Agbaje strolled back in with newbie Elom Ahlijah-Wilson.
But it was Tyrique who took his newfound single status the worst.
After making his dig at Ella, he stormed off into the garden and refused to speak to her, branding himself a “f***ing idiot”.
