Love Island fans ‘spot’ Salma wasn’t actually in her bed last night – insisting shot of her was just a ‘pile of pillows’

LOVE Island fans have claimed that Salma wasn’t actually in her bed last night – and the shot of her was actually just a “pile of pillows”.

Earlier this week, concerned viewers claimed that the 20-year-old model from Dublin had “gone missing” after she failed to feature in any of the saucy Casa Amor scenes.

Salma has barely featured in Love Island following her Casa Amor arrival

A conspiracy was launched after this scene in last night’s show

She entered the second villa on Monday alongside five other bombshells hoping to lure the original men away from their partners to secure a permanent spot in the main villa.

But while the likes of Lillie and Amy haven’t been short of screen time, viewers were confused after failing to spot Salma.

And that only got worse in last night’s episode – where many were baffled by a shot of the beauty in bed.

With her name appearing on the night-vision screen, Salma’s face is hidden from view while she is seemingly obscured by blankets and pillows.

One fan shared a grab of the moment to Twitter and added: “I’m convinced it’s just a pile of pillows. Salma is back in ends.”

Another replied: “She’s definitely watching at home with the the rest of us.”

One more tweeted: “I refuse to believe that’s her. That’s a pile of PILLOWS.”

A fourth agreed: “I was thinking the same, she ain’t really there!”

Fans previously took to social media to demand an explanation for Salma’s lack of air time, with others fearing that her “£1,800 wig was ruined” after she was forced to jump into the pool.

One of the only times that Salma has been seen was a group shot of all of Casa Amor running and jumping into the water as part of a challenge.

Salma’s gorgeous mane went underwater – leaving eagle-eyed fans concerned she’d damaged the costly wig.

One fan said: “When Salma jumped in the pool with the £1,800 on her head I actually flatlined.

“I refuse to believe that was the wig. It must have been a wig double.”

Some joked that this is the reason why she hasn’t featured since, with a fan writing: “That pool jump ruined her hair – no way she’s coming back on camera after that.”

One more echoed: “We have not seen Salma since she entered the pool with the wig.

“She went home straight after the cameras cut.”

Salma did not appear to make a romantic connection with any of the boys in Casa Amor, with the iconic twist coming to an end in last night’s episode.

This means that she is unlikely to feature on Love Island again, and is making her way back home with the other unsuccessful bombshells.
