Alongside a snap of him in his jersey and shorts on the pitch, he wrote: “Buzzing to have signed for Banbury Utd!
“Couldn’t be happier to finally get back to doing something I love doing.
“It’s been a long time coming to get the boots back on but I’m so pleased I did.
“It’s been a tough couple of months putting my head down and working hard to get myself back fit, but I’m feeling good and looking forward to the season getting underway.”
Fans quickly rushed to congratulate Finley on his career news and wished him the best of luck.
Commenting on the post, one said: “Amazing! So happy for you congrats.”

Finley won Love Island back three years ago with his now ex Paige Turley.
