FORMER Love Island star Dr Alex George has shown off his incredible body transformation and shared an inspiring message with his fans.
The reality TV star – who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2018 – took to Instagram to show off his arm muscles.

Alex, 31, who has quit reality fame to return to work as a doctor and mental health ambassador, posed shirtless for a snap this week.
Smiling towards the camera, the star showed himself posing with his bicep flexed in the air as he stood in the mirror of the gym.
Holding his phone up in front of him, Alex posed for the mirror selfie as he showed off his body in just a pair of black shorts.
Looking very different from his Love Island days, Alex proudly shared an inspirational message about his physique to his fans.
“You only get one skin, so get used to living in it,” he penned, as his following flooded the comments section to compliment him.
“The best shape you can be in is the shape you are happiest,” one wrote, as a second chimed in: “Love this! What a brilliant post.”
It comes after Dr Alex ex-girlfriend Ellie Hecht threw shade at him after he confirmed they were no longer together.
The Celeb Report revealed how the Love Island star cheated on Ellie at least four times before dumping her in a bitter break up.
Asked by a fan if she is still in contact with him, the stunning barrister’s clerk replied with a meme of Simon Cowell that read ‘it’s a no from me’.
Alex and Ellie started dating in January 2021 but called it quits earlier this years after his infidelity was revealed – just weeks after a romantic to Mauritius.
It was later revealed that Alex, who has just quit his A&E job, had ‘sexted a number of women during their relationship’.
A source said at the time: “It was a real shock for Ellie because they had just bought a dog together.”
After that story came to light another individual came forward and claimed Alex had cheated on another girlfriend.
A woman showed her support for Ellie by sharing her own experience on TikTok, writing: “While no one believes Dr Alex cheated on his gf but you defiantly do because he was in your DMs during his relationship before Ellie.”
In the now-deleted video, she then posted the messages in question, sent in 2020 which show him asking her if she wants his number but the rest of the correspondence is obscured.
