Viewers pointed out that far from the cosy friendships we’ve seen in previous years, this lot look ready to see the back of each other.
Ron promised a showdown with Shaq on Sunday’s show
He insisted Ron is only dating Lana because she’s popular
Friday night’s explosive episode saw yet more division in the villa as stars continue to turn on one another.
And Jessie Wynter was left in tears after a brutal game when the Islanders dubbed her and Will Young the most “one sided” couple.
As it came to a close, Ron Hall set up another confrontation with Shaq Muhammad tomorrow night.
With just days to go until the show’s final on 13 March there appears to be little prospect of harmony on the horizon.
Shaq said that Ron only chose Lana as his girlfriend because she’s the most liked girl in the Villa.
He said: “I thought it was sore, I’m not going to lie. You have to say pretty mad opinions but that wouldn’t even have been a common opinion to have on the outside.
“That’s why I said it’s a bit f**king rogue. It was almost so rogue I don’t think anyone could possibly think that.”
Heralding fireworks tomorrow, he added: “I’ll speak to him about it this evening. If it’s on your mind, it’s on your mind.”
Several viewers remarked on the bad feeling on the ITV2 show, tweeting: “The entire villa hates each other my god.”
Another agreed: “I promise you there won’t be many people keep in contact outside the villa from this season. Everyone hates each other.”
