Love Island Winner Chris Hughes Takes Aim at All Stars Spin-Off, Refuses to Return to Show

Ruling Out a Return

Love Island winner Chris Hughes has taken a mysterious swipe at the show's All Stars spin-off as he has refused to make a comeback. Chris became famous after his appearance on the third season of the popular ITV2 dating show. Despite his success on Love Island, he has decided not to participate in the all stars series titled The Games.

Love Island Journey

Chris entered the Love Island villa in 2017 where he coupled up with Olivia Attwood. Together, they won the hearts of viewers and were crowned the winners of Love Island. However, even though the show launched his TV career, Chris has ruled out the possibility of returning anytime soon.

Tarnishing the Experience

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Chris explained his reasons for not wanting to go back to Love Island. He said, "I've done Love Island, when I've done an experience I wouldn't want to do it again. It just tarnishes it. I don't feel like the experience would do anything for me now since I've been there."

A Change in Relationships

During his time on Love Island, Chris formed a close bond with fellow islander Kem Cetinay. The duo even had their own spin-off show. However, Chris admitted that they are not as close these days. He said, "I speak to Kem every now and then. Love Island is a bit like leaving school, a lot of you just go your own way and you don't speak to certain people that often, but it's nice to stay in touch."

Moving On to New Ventures

Now, the 30-year-old has left reality TV behind and has become a regular face on ITV Sport's coverage of horse racing.
