Love Island winner, Mimii Ngulube, has finally broken her silence on her split from Josh Oyinsan, revealing that she has 'moved on' from their relationship. The couple, who won the hearts of viewers during the last summer's series of the hit ITV dating show, announced their breakup shortly after leaving the villa.
Mimii Addresses Split at MOBO Awards
At the recent MOBO Awards, Mimii made it clear that there is no bad blood between her and Josh. She stated, "We're cordial. No bad blood between either of us. He's moved on, I've moved on, so yeah. I've moved on." When questioned further about whether she had moved on to someone new, Mimii remained tight-lipped, simply saying, "I don't kiss and tell."
The First All-Black Couple to Win Love Island
The pair made history as the first all-black couple to win the ITV2 dating show earlier this year. However, after returning to the UK, rumors of their split began circulating, and in September, they confirmed that they had gone their separate ways for good.
Josh's Response to the Breakup
In October, Josh spoke publicly about the split for the first time at the Pride of Britain Awards, wishing Mimii the best and expressing his hopes for her continued success. Fans had previously expressed concern about the couple's relationship status after a social media update from Mimii showed her partying without Josh.

MOBO Awards 2024 and 2025
The MOBO Awards have been a highlight of the music scene, with this year's lineup including artists like Raye, Skepta, Jorja Smith, and Little Simz. The 2025 MOBO Awards will be live-streamed on YouTube on 18 February at 8pm GMT, with a BBC One special broadcast airing on 21 February.
Overall, the Love Island winners have taken different paths since their split, but both seem focused on moving forward individually.
