Keeping a low profile, Adam jetted off to Bali on Thursday without girlfriend Paige Thorne, after the pair revealed they were “on a break”.
Putting his troubles behind him, Adam posed in a pair of white swimming trunks from his luxury hotel in Uluwatu, Indonesia.
Looking tanned, Adam showed off his ripped body and put his tattoos on show.
He captioned the post: “Movin’ like Pirlo…ready for a big week at @activeescapes festival.”

Paige, 24, told pals she needed time apart from Adam, 26, earlier this week after he put their relationship into the spotlight again by cosying up to another woman on a night out.
She headed back home to Wales to spend time with her friends and family before reuniting with him on Wednesday.
Friends told The Celeb Report Online Paige has now told Adam that she wants to make their romance work but on the condition that he has more respect for them as a couple.
A source said: “Adam has reassured Paige nothing happened and she believes that.
“But, at the same time, he knows he has to be more careful about how things can look.
“Since being on Love Island Adam has had a lot of girls coming up to him, wanting to pass on their number and have their pictures taken.
“Paige has made it clear she won’t put up with being humiliated or made to look like a mug and has made it clear to Adam he needs to be a bit more careful.”

At the time, Love Island fans feared the Newcastle-based personal trainer had returned to his old ways and accused him of “cheating” on Paige.
Hours later, another video emerged showing the reality star partying with another mystery female.
Adam hit back, however, and told The Celeb Report the women were simply fans and insisted he “only had eyes for Paige”.
His spokesman said: “Adam headed to McDonald’s after a night out with friends.

“His friends were alongside him when a group of girls asked for photos and Adam being his friendly self was open to posing and chatting to the girls, alongside other fans who wanted to chat in the same video.
“Adam understands how this video looks but wants to state that he left the restaurant with his friends and a box of 60 nuggets (with nothing or no one else) with the intention of getting home safely.
“Adam and Paige are currently dating and Adam only has eyes for her.”
