She recently headed on a sober holiday to Ibiza as well as celebrating her 30th birthday booze-free.
The Love Island alumni told how she had understandably taken to doing “everything by the book” including ignoring certain food types, particularly when abroad.
Yet this led to some trolls branding her “so stupid” while others accused her of faking her claim of feeling so “relaxed” during her first pregnancy.
Talking of her strict pregnancy rules, she recently said: “I have a very overactive imagination. I have an amazing long term memory, but that’s why I have to try and do everything by the book.

“So if anything did happen I know that although it wouldn’t have been because I’d done something that you’re not supposed to do like once in the space of nine months – that would be all that I would think about and I’d know exactly when I did it and I just wouldn’t sleep for months.
“So that’s why I have to try and be as by the book as I can.”
Amy then addressed trolls who suggested she was lying about her relaxed state of mind.
She added: “So the reason that I’m quite chilled at the moment because I know I’m pregnant. I know that I’m having a baby in March. I’ve seen scans, I’ve seen them move the baby around, I’ve seen the heartbeat, I’ve got the pictures.
“The last thing to compute is that thing on the picture isn’t being delivered by Amazon, it’s in my stomach.”
The former Love Island star – who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2019 – took to the Loose Women panel to make her exciting pregnancy announcement back in August.
Amy revealed that she had fallen pregnant naturally after worrying about struggling to conceive and freezing her eggs.
The Love Island star told the panel she was around “14 weeks” pregnant as she appeared in a figure-hugging blue dress.
Wearing her long blonde hair down, the star looked glamorous with a full palette of make-up as she revealed the news.
“I’m pregnant,” she told Kaye Adams, as her fellow hosts gushed round Amy. “I’m between 13 and 14 weeks.”
Admitting she had to go “sober” for her recent 30th birthday after finding out that she was expecting her first child.
The couple had planned to use IVF after Amy discovered she could be at risk of fertility issues, but Amy fell pregnant naturally.
“I’m between 13 and 14 weeks,” she explained. “It was supposed to be 12 week scan [this week] but might now be my 14-week tomorrow.”
She confirmed that she didn’t need to use the eggs she had frozen last year – and plans to “donate” them if she doesn’t use them.”
Earlier this year, Amy was seen getting emotional as she opened up about her fertility battle – which saw her have her eggs frozen.

She started the egg freezing process last year after finding out her AMH level (fertility span) was “quite low”.
Amy embarked on two failed rounds of egg extraction before a third successful attempt – costing her a total of £14,000.
