“Hope they’re both ok”
The former couple sparked split rumours after they weren’t seen pictured together for several weeks.
An insider told The Celeb Report the pair were in crisis talks due to busy schedules that kept them apart.
The insider explained: “It was touch and go for Chloe and Toby just a few weeks ago.
“They’ve both been working really hard and were finding it difficult to make time for each other.
“It looked like they were going to call it a day, but after crisis talks have realised they’ve got something worth fighting for.”
Despite the split rumours, they were pictured shortly before their confirmed breakup, on a date night that reunited the pair.
Chloe dropped a huge hint prior to their split becoming public, when the latest series of the ITV2 dating show was announced, she rushed to the comments to write: “Can I come back?”
Toby and Chloe first fell for each-other on the 2021 series of the show, and moved into their £1 million home just weeks after their departure from the villa.
In the wake of their split, Toby took a ‘bitter swipe’ at Chloe, in a post to Tiktok.
He joined in on a viral Tiktok trend and captioned the clip: “I don’t need to BeReal, I need to BeSingle,”
Fans of the couple took to the comments to share their disbelief in the show, with one stating they had “lost all faith in love” since their split.
