AXED Love Island star Chuggs Wallis has taken a swipe at rival Brad, insisting he wouldn’t have snubbed Rachel for the new girls.
The rugby player was booted out the villa this week after Rachel chose Brad over him.
But as soon as he was safe, the hunk ditched Rachel for bombshell Lucinda.
It was too late for Chuggs though, who lost his place in the competition and appeared on Love Island AfterSun last night with host Laura Whitmore.
“Fair play to him,” said Chuggs who defended his decision not to play the game.
“I know it’s a game looking out, but when you’ve been quarantining for however long you completely forget that.
“I went in the to find a connection with someone.
“On face value the girls weren’t really doing it for me if I’m honest so I was trying to delve deeper.
“If Rachel had chosen me I wouldn’t have run for the hills after those girls walked in, even though they’re absolutely stunning.”
Laughing after Laura pointed out that’s what Brad had done, Chuggs added: “I wouldn’t ‘do a Brad’ like he has done it.
“I would give her the time of day, we had a great conversation and she’s a really great girl. We had the same values.”
And in a cruel twist of fate, Chuggs had actually matched with new girl Lucinda on a dating app before they went on Love Island.
The 21-year-old shocked viewers after she admitted that she had flirted with the bucket hat entrepreneur in an exchange of messages.

The fashion boutique owner spilled the beans when getting acquainted with the rest of the lads around the fire pit.
The blonde bombshell explained: “You know what I actually matched Chuggs on a dating app and I remember talking to him.
“You know what…I remember talking to him about bucket hats and then this guy comes in and he’s like ‘how my name is Chuggs, I own a bucket hat company’.
“I’ve literally had this conversation with you.”
