Love Island’s Faye Winter unrecognisable with new brunette hair as she reveals surgery scar on night out with Teddy

LOVE Island star Faye Winter has been spotted looking unrecognisable with darker brunette hair on a night out with Teddy Soares in Liverpool.

The reality TV runner-up – who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating show – was joined by her beau as they walked the red carpet at the National Diversity Awards.

Faye, 26, looked glamorous as she donned a black cut-out gown for the occasion, showing off her recent surgery scar after having a mole removed.

Her toned middle was on show in the dress, which she paired with sparkling shoes, completing her look with a glamorous make-up palette.

The star looked to have darkened her once blonde locks – sporting long brunette tresses that had been styled in loose curls.

She cuddled up to Teddy – who looked dapper in a black suit and white shirt – as they posed outside the Anglican Cathedral where the ceremony was held.

It comes after Faye revealed she had decided to get one of her moles checked out after noticing it had changed since being on the show.

The Islander worried fans last week when she revealed the new scar on her tummy and has now opened up about undergoing surgery.

She explained that her followers had also spotted that her mole had grown, which led her to seek help and resulted in her being fast-tracked for treatment.

Speaking in her latest YouTube video, Faye said: “I am quite a moley person, I always have freckles and moles but one mole in particular has grown quite a bit since I went into the villa and it was in the sun for the whole summer.

“So I am just going to have it looked at because it’s a little bit abnormal. In fact a few of you guys have noticed it, which is another reason why I am going to go and get it checked.”

Later on in the video, Faye revealed that the decision had been made to remove it.

She said: “They have decided they are going to remove the mole, which is fine. The first doctor said they didn’t know and then another doctor came in and she didn’t like the look of it so she said to be on the safe side lets get it taken out.”

Following the surgery, which Faye said made her feel like she was on ‘Botched Bodies’, the reality star said she was in much more pain than she expected.

She is still waiting for the results from the mole, but says she is 99% sure it will be fine.

Faye added that she was keen to be open about her situation to make sure others get their moles checked out and to show that having a small scar is nothing compared to looking after your health.
