LOVE Island’s Iain Stirling will not be travelling to Majorca this year over travel restriction fears.
Due to everchanging rules and regulations regarding travel, the narrator of the hit reality show will stay in London while he sets the scene for all the fans at home.

Iain, 33, appeared on Loose Women yesterday ahead of Love Island which will commence on Monday night on ITV2.
When Kaye Adams asked if he will on Majorca to narrate the show, Iain replied: “We are in London, I think, now, this is the thing with coronavirus, I never want to say anything because you never know, who knows what’s going to happen.
“I don’t know what colour Majorca is going to be next week, it will be tartan by the time I’m done with it!”
Although he will not be in sunny Spain for the show, hosted by girlfriend Laura Whitmore, the TV host is happy to be back doing what he does best.
Iain, who recently became a dad with Laura, revealed: “I am very excited, I have not been in a sound booth for quite some time.
“This is like my gaming room but it’s not quite the sound booth, I am looking forward to being locked away all summer.”
Expanding on Iain’s absence from Majorca during Love Island, Jane Moore said: “That would be such a shame because when we watch the show we think you do five minutes in the booth and then you’re sunbathing all day, but I know it’s not easy.”
Iain said: “Me and my friend Mark, we write the show together, and we definitely get to the stage where say a couple have been together three of fours weeks, you run out of ways of introducing them.”
“Or week five when there’s another text, you think, ‘I have ran out of ways to say this now.’
“So you can watch out for that when it’s week six, week seven!” he laughed.
Love Island will start on Monday, June 28 at 9pm and as usual it will be airing on ITV2 and will be available to watch on the ITV Hub.
The opening episode lasts for an hour and a half, but thereafter it is on for an hour until 10pm or 10.05pm.
The show usually runs from the beginning of June for eight weeks until August.
