LOVE Island star Jake Cornish has revealed his “pinch me moment” after launching his new business.
The Weston Super Mare hunk was on track to win the series last year but split from Liberty Poole – and then sensationally quit the show days before the final.
Love Island alumni Jake Cornish has revealed his new business venture
The reality TV star has now dubbed himself ‘the rattan man’
Jake has been grafting away since his exit from the Mallorca villa, and previously told how he taught high energy exercise classes in Somerset.
Yet now he has switched tack completely, branding himself the “rattan man” as he sells his own range of luxury garden furniture.
He added his Instagram handle “TheRattanMan” which showcases his range of “luxurious outdoor furniture, sofas, rugs and beds at the lowest prices.”
On his personal page, Jake shared an image showing him perched on a grey sofa in the middle of a huge warehouse.
In the caption he gushed: “PINCH ME MOMENT
“So then, for months I’ve been working really hard on a business which I absolutely am over whelmed I’ve managed to achieve with hundreds of stock to keep you guys going.
“Long hard days, stress, few bumps in the road but finally we are here and ready to kit out your homes for you
“Loads and loads of deals I’ve laid on for you guys for this weekend ONLY. Any product your unsure of or sizing ect please message @therattanman.”
He then added a discount code for fans before he dubbed himself: “Jakey The Rattan Man.”
The former water engineer, unlike most of the cast, has largely shunned the celebrity circuit preferring to say in the Southwest.
Jake previously visited the water plant where he once worked as an engineer before leaving to appear on Love Island.
“The treatment works. I do miss this place, I tell you. I used to service those all the time, those showers, did a bit of plumbing on them.”
He also posed alongside his former workmate writing: “The Dream Team back together. 1 day and 1 day only.”
