LOVE Island fans have pleaded show winner Jess Harding to “embrace” her “beautiful curves” and ditch “editing for the trolls.”
It came as ITV2 viewers speculated the salon owner, 22 – who won the 2023 series with partner Sammy Root, also 22 – had altered her latest image.

Jess‘ family had kindly pulled out all the stops to throw her and her new man a lavish welcome home party in the garden.
They installed neon signs showing the pair’s names as well as colourful balloons, and put on a spread of food and drink.
It was also the first time Sammy had met Jess’ wider family – and her sister branded him her “future brother in law.”
Yet many fans were most distracted by a loved-up selfie posted by Jess to her Instagram Stories.
It showed Jess wearing a white boho-style dress with cream cowboy boots cuddled up to her man, who was wearing a cream shirt and black T-Shirt.
She stood side profile in her garden as he clutched her close.
Yet fans suggested Jess had edited her body – and called out her wonky fence panels as proof her image had been tweaked.
One took to Reddit to comment on the snap and wrote: “Jess girl I love you but we just saw you on national TV for weeks.. we know what you’re natural and BEAUTIFUL curves look like. Don’t edit yourself for the trolls.”
Another put: “I always think if I was 2 months in a bikini on tv, I wouldn’t care what I look like after that.”
A third posted: “Going through Jess’s page you can see she’s a fan of Facetune so I’m not shocked,” as another giggled: “It cracks me up when one person facetunes themself and leaves the other in the person hanging. like share the edit!”
Another mused: “This makes me sad for her bc she is clearly insecure despite just winning Love Island too.”
One then pointed out: “To be suuuuper fair – British fences are f**ked lol. But definitely a healthy amount of face tune in the pic.”
A fan then surmised: “Came here to see if anyone noticed this. It’s even more strange when you consider these pics were posted in-between videos of her actual body. We’ve also seen her on tv for two months and know what she looks like.
“Alas, it’s become so normal to filter and photoshop. I have friends who won’t let me take a photo without putting a filter on first. Scary.”
Meanwhile, Jess has returned to her day job just days after the final.
