LOVE Island host Laura Whitmore left Saturday Kitchen fans reeling in “horror” as she chomped her dream snack.
Earlier in the BBC show, the presenter, 37, had told how her idea of food heaven was seafood linguine.

Yet Love Island anchor Laura‘s dream snack appeared much more controversial, leaving fans declaring it their “worst nightmare.”
The mum of one was presented with a plate of raw mushrooms and two pots of her own personalised ‘Whit-Mayo’ mayonnaise.
Saturday Kitchen frontman Matt Tebbutt said: “Laura, a little bird tells me you love raw mushrooms with mayonnaise?”
She giggled and confessed: “I love raw mushrooms,” before plucking one up from the plate.
After pulling off the stalk she bit straight into the veg leaving wine expert Helen McGinn to squeal: “Oh my God she eats it like an apple.”
Laura joked that she served the left-field dish as “canapes” and sprinkled them with cheese, adding: “That’s what I used to do when I was younger.”
She was then tasked with using the mayo bottles to choose her food fate.
The ex MTV host squirted blue-coloured condiment onto her plate which meant she was grated her food heaven, before she chomped on another whole mushroom.
Fans were quick to react on Twitter, with one confessing: “Watching in horror as Laura Whitmore eats raw mushrooms with mayonnaise on TV.”
Another posted: “Mayo with raw mushrooms ‘how wonderful’ but a nice good steak ‘how revolting’. I’ll never understand vege/pescitarians !!! #saturdaykitchen.”
A third then put: “Blue mayo with raw mushrooms. FFS 
#saturdaykitchen.”
One then surmised: “Omg worse nightmare mushrooms 
raw as well and Mayo
and its blue
#SaturdayKitchen.”
