LOVE Island’s Liam Llewelyn has revealed why he quit the telly villa just days after the series’ launch.
The Welsh student broke his silence today and said: “I was expected to do things for a TV show and I couldn’t be myself. It’s not all natural.”

The 22-year-old walked was coupled up with Gemma Owen by the public, who were given the power to vote which Islanders looked the most compatible.
But the lad was left single after self-confessed ‘Italian stallion’ Davide Sanclimenti took his girl in the first recoupling.
He was seen chatting up Afia Tonkmor then Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu but failed to find a connection.
Looking back on his short time on the hit series, he said the controlled environment and forced situations hadn’t suited him.
Liam said: “I thought I was going to have the summer that everyone dreams of but now I’m living with no regrets.
“I took a chance but I realised I can’t live on TV.”
He added to MailOnline: “I was expected to do things for a TV show and I couldn’t be myself. I didn’t want to do it. It is a TV show and it is produced. It’s not all natural.
‘In my head I was not in the right position to take part in a TV show because that’s what you’re doing. You have to go on dates, do challenges, and you’re not in control of any of it.
Before entering the villa, Liam said he was a romantic and wanted to find ‘the one’ to grow old with.
He told press: “I think 22 is a really nice age to meet someone, you’ve got your years ahead of you so you have time to experience stuff and grow together.”
“On my dates they asked me to repeat things because it didn’t quite come through.”
