LOVE Island star Liam Llewellyn has undergone an impressive make-over before heading into the villa.
The 22-year-old from Newport, Wales, showed off his year long transformation on Instagram – and the results are outstanding.
The student decided to hit the gym hard after a year in America and has maintained his new look since then.
In the before snap, Liam looks lean but is now very muscly, with a rippling six pact.
He told his followers: “1 YEAR PROGRESS
“A year ago I returned from a summer in America (hence the long hair & wicked tan
). 3 months on the move meant my training and nutrition went completely out the window. This resulted in major weight and muscle loss

“Once returning, my main goal was to gain strength and muscle mass. With a switch in training & nutrition I’m happy with where I’m at, despite COVID-19 & finishing uni.”
He continued: “This year my aim is to build on my knowledge in training & nutrition through a masters in Strength & Conditioning to enable me to turn my passion into a career. Looking forward to what’s to come

Liam was announced as part of the line-up for the dating show earlier today and has revealed his tactic is to dish out compliments.
He said: “The thing that girls quite like is that I’m not just like, ‘You’re mint.’ I’m like, ‘Your eyes are piercing, I’m lost in your eyes.’ Or I’ll say something like, ‘You’ve got nice feet’ or something.”
The master’s student also said he is hoping to strike a bond early with someone in the villa so they can grow through the experience together.
He said: “I think 22 is a really nice age to meet someone, you’ve got your years ahead of you so you have time to experience stuff and grow together.
“I think Love Island is a great opportunity to meet someone, you’re in with a load of different types, so you can get to grips with what you really like about people.”
