LOVE Island winner Liam Reardon has shared a rare glimpse inside his family life as he marked his dad’s milestone 70th birthday.
The Welsh reality star, 22, shared a heartfelt message on his Instagram stories where he thanked his dad for being a ‘role model’ and wished him happy birthday.
Liam, who won ITV2’s hit dating show Love Island alongside Essex beauty Millie Court this year, also revealed that his dad is his ‘favourite guy.’
The rare family snap saw the father and son smiling together at a table with drinks.
Liam posted the photo to his stories which are watched by his 1.1 million followers.
He wrote a sweet caption alongside the image, adding: ” Wishing my favourite guy a massive happy 70th birthday.
“Dad you’ve always been my role model and always will be. If I look half as good as you at 70 then I’ll be happy.”
The former bricklayer had his life turned upside down after he was crowned Love Island champ in the summer alongside his new girlfriend Millie.
Last month, the couple splashed out on a three-storey apartment in an Elizabethan mansion conversion in Essex.
Since then, the loved-up duo have been sharing their house transformation on social media as they put their stamp on their home.
The power couple has seemed to be going from strength to strength and Liam already has his next venture planned out.
The TV hunk recently revealed he hopes to make it as a property tycoon and is starting up his own business to buy, renovate and then sell houses.
Liam revealed: “I loved being a brickie before winning Love Island so I want to go into the property business.
“I’ve started looking but will focus on the business in the New Year. I’ll start off in Wales because the house prices are a lot cheaper there.
“Plus that’s the area where I have all my mates in the same industry. There’s an electrician, plumber, carpenter.
They can all help and get involved in the business. My dad is in the property business too so can give me advice and help out. He’s my inspiration for wanting to do it.”
Meanwhile The Celeb Report recently revealed Millie is set to become a millionaire after bagging herself a big money deal with fashion giant ASOS.
Love Island fans previously got a sneak peek inside Liam’s family life when his mum and dad featured in the meet the families episode back in August.
Liam even seemed to get a a telling off from his dad over his behaviour earlier in the series, which saw him ‘cheat’ on Millie with bombshell Lillie Haynes in spin-off villa, Casa Amor.
His dad Paul said: “We shouted at the TV a few times,” referring to Liam’s questionable behaviour.
But he added: “You hold your hand up and you take the blame, well done.”
