The star showed off her toned physique while taking a selfie

Malin flashed her toned body and looked stunning with minimal makeup and her long hair tied up, with some left down over her shoulders.

In one snap the star could be seen taking a selfie, and in another she took a stroll while donning some shades.

This comes after she showed off her impressive weight loss after giving birth to her daughter Xaya in February last year with her ex-partner Jared.

The couple split up just two weeks after their child’s birth.

As Malin strives to stay fit and healthy she has also been documenting her journey on social media.

Earlier this month, Malin posted images of herself working out on the beach, showing off toned arms, stomach and slender legs.

The reality TV personality soaked up the sun as she exercised with her personal trainer Megan Gilling in Palma, Spain.

She sported a crop top whilst also wearing slimming Gymshark black workout shorts.

And she also posed topless and posted it on her social media. Dressed in just a pair of knickers, Malin posed with her slender figure on full show.

It comes after Malin revealed  she felt too scared to be alone with her baby as she battled with post natal depression.

Speaking on Giovanna Fletcher’s podcast, Happy Mum Happy Baby, she explained what her struggle looked like.

Malin said: “Me feeling anxious, stressed, and crying randomly. Looking at Xaya, thinking oh my god she’s beautiful and she’s mine but oh my god she might die tomorrow. Am I doing this right?

“Where’s my mum? Grieving over my mum. Not wanting to go out, or not wanting anybody to meet her, didn’t want to see anyone.

“Wanting Jared to be with me all the time, becoming very co-dependant. ‘Where are you going, why are you going out, I don’t want to be on my own with Xaya’ Being too scared to be on my own, because I didn’t think I was capable enough to look after even though I was fully.

“Breastfeeding, and then it became too much for me. I did 8 or 9 days, and then I just decided to stop. There was a feeling of not being good enough because I didn’t breastfeed. There’s just so much involved in it, it was a collection of everything.”
