LOVE Island’s Sharon Gaffka showed off her ‘new lips’ after getting her fillers dissolved.
The 27-year-old, who shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2021, opened up about her decision on Instagram.

Sharon shared the process in a video posted to her social media profile.
The reality star headed to see Dr Zara Nortley at Facial Aesthetics in Manchester for the procedure.
She shared before and after clips, and then one week later after her lips were healed.
In the caption Sharon explained why she decided to do it, explaining that she didn’t recognise herself in the mirror.
Sharon said: “Yesterday morning I was scrolling through old photos and realised that a year ago today I had my lip fillers dissolved!
“Over the last 15 months, how I feel about myself when I look in the mirror has changed so much! To the point now, I feel nothing when a troll tells me how ugly they think I am, because how I think about myself is unshakable.
“I spent a lot of my life confused about how I felt regarding the portrayal and desirability/fetishisation of asian women, and some experiences have only inflated that confusion. But now, I adore my Asian identity!
“We are seeing that ‘natural’ is now the trend, with celebs and influencers reversing cosmetic procedures. I personally don’t think it’s a trend!
“I think it’s a group of people who once sought validation, no longer giving a f*ck about what people think and realising it’s gone too far?
“Maybe because we are getting older, we care less for a strangers opinion? I don’t know, I don’t have the answer.
“But what I can tell you is, your face isn’t a trend. Don’t do something to yourself because it’s deemed ‘fashionable’ at the time. Or because your friends are doing it. Or because the opposite gender might find you more attractive. And definitely don’t do it if it’s cheap!
“Do something because it makes you, and only you, feel good.”
Many praised Sharon for sharing the process.

Sharon took part in the seventh series of Love Island two years ago.
She was part of a blazing “fake” row in the villa, which saw Hugo Hammond reveal that his biggest turn off was “fakeness”.
Proudly defending her choices to have had a boob job and lip fillers, the influencer lashed out at her co-star in an epic showdown.
Although Sharon never found love in the villa, she’s gone on to use her platform to raise awareness for some very serious issues.
Sharon has run a campaign against spiking, become an ambassador for Refuge Charity and hosts her own podcast Girls Know Nothing.
