Love Island’s Toby Aromolaran yells out as he endures a coffee enema on The Big Celebrity Detox

LOVE Island star Toby Aromolaran was left screaming during a coffee enema on The Big Celebrity Detox.

Toby, 24, was squealing as he experienced his first ever colon cleanse, which is used in alternative medicine.

During the procedure, a mixture of brewed, caffeinated coffee and water is inserted into the colon through the rectum.

The reality star was joined by Ibiza Weekender’s David Potts, who described it as an “experience” and admitted it felt “really nice”.

Meanwhile experts inserted a tube inside his rectum – leaving Toby yelling: “This doesn’t feel nice.”

David later told the camera: “Now they know how it f******* feels for the gays and the girls.”

The E4 series involves stars taking part in extreme detox treatments to improve their mental health and banish their demons.

Toby stars alongside Kerry Katona, Martin Roberts, Chloe Veitch, Megan Barton Hanson, David Potts, Michael Venom Page, and Princess Olga Romanoff.

Last week Martin was left stunned after indulging in “spanking therapy” courtesy of Toby.

The BBC anchor, 59, dubbed the situation as “totally ridiculous.”

Toby laughed and said: “This is so silly,” before Martin pulled down his boxers to expose his bare bum.

This isn’t the only wild technique that has been used on the show.

Cast members were left projectile vomiting after drinking their own urine.

This led to Megan quitting the show after just two days.
