And the 23-year-old star has revealed his famous pal – and he too appeared on the hit show.
Discussing his famous connections, Tyrique shared: “Toby Aromolaran is one of my best friends, we grew up together and were in the same class at school.”
Toby rose to fame on season seven on Love Island and was crowned the runner-up alongside girlfriend at the time Chloe Burrows.
And his best pal Tyrique has spoken about going on Love Island, telling ITV: “I’ll bring vibes, confidence, good energy and honesty.
“I don’t sit on the fence, if I have an opinion I will speak up. I’m also not afraid to go after what I want.”
Tyrique also added that he has hearing difficulty, and said: “That I’m deaf in my right ear.
“I’ve got a tattoo next to my left one that symbolises strength and power in my good one.”
Meanwhile, speaking about the hunk in trunks, a source told The Celeb Report: “Tyrique is the whole package. He’s fit, handsome and has charisma.
“He’s had a good season and love his football, but he couldn’t say no to spending the summer in Majorca in a luxury house filled with beautiful women.”

Love Island will kick off on Monday, June 5, 2022 on ITV2 at 9pm.
It will continue at the same time every Sunday to Friday, which each episode lasting around an hour.
There is a change up Saturday nights, as a highlights show will air.
