Ollie Locke Admits Confusion

Reality TV star Ollie Locke, known for his role in Made In Chelsea, faced criticism this week as he openly shared his struggles with differentiating between his twin babies. Ollie and his husband Gareth recently welcomed a boy, Apollo Magnus Obi, and a girl, Cosima Emily Bex, via surrogate. However, in their latest vlog, Ollie admits to frequently mixing up the twins' identities.

Mix-Up Caught on Camera

In the vlog, Ollie starts off by mistakenly stating, "She has got the bloomers so she can wear them." Realizing his error, he corrects himself, saying, "Sorry, that's my son. Sorry." The women who accompany Ollie in the video comment on the twins' similarities. Ollie attempts to differentiate them by saying, "No, I think she has got enormous feet." However, he is quickly corrected by one of the women, who points out that the large feet belong to his son. Ollie becomes flustered, exclaiming, "Oh my god, what is wrong with me."

Defending His Parenthood

Later on, Ollie defends himself to his husband, arguing, "As if you have never gotten the twins mixed up. I'm a good dad." However, some of his followers were surprised by his confession, with one person questioning, "Ollie, how do you manage to get them mixed up?" Another individual commented, "You sound like you have not slept a lot." Nevertheless, many fans came to Ollie and Gareth's defense, empathizing with the challenges of distinguishing between twin babies. They asserted that while mixing up twins is a common problem, it is not as confusing when the babies are the same gender.

Twins' Birth Kept Secret

Ollie and Gareth kept the birth of their twins a secret until this week, revealing the news only after waiting until the babies were "safe." The twins were born seven weeks premature via caesarean section, with the couple's surrogate, Rebecca, delivering the newborns at 36 weeks. Sharing a photo of Rebecca with the twins, Ollie and Gareth expressed their gratitude, writing, "Words can't begin to describe how much we love you @bex7ward for bringing us Apollo and Cosima. We can't begin to thank you for being your wonderful self."
