Married At First Sight star Ella Morgan has given fans a glimpse into her journey of cosmetic surgery, sharing photos of her face right after the procedure. Ella, now 29, underwent a nose job two years ago, resulting in severely swollen eyes and cheeks.
In a collage of photos posted on social media, Ella revealed the immediate aftermath of her operation. One picture shows her lying in bed, unable to open her eyes, with her nose and cheeks covered in bandages. Another photo captures Ella in the garden, after the bandages were removed, still sporting a puffy and bruised face.
From Breakout Personality to Under the Knife
Ella rose to fame on the recent series of MAFS UK, becoming a breakout personality of the E4 relationship experiment. Since the show ended, she has been open about her history of surgeries.
At 21 years old, Ella underwent gender reassignment surgery, along with multiple facial reconstruction surgeries to achieve a more feminine appearance. However, she recently dissolved fillers in her cheeks, chin, and lips to start fresh. Ella mentioned wanting to have her nose corrected, as her previous nose job has affected her ability to breathe properly. She also expressed her dissatisfaction with her hairline.
Relationship Rollercoaster
Ella married Nathanial Valentino on MAFS UK, but their relationship didn't work out, and Nathanial left the show midway through the experiment. Afterward, Ella pursued a romance with JJ Slater, who was married to Bianca Petronzi on the show. However, their relationship also ended, with both parties choosing to part ways at the final commitment ceremony.
Currently single, Ella describes JJ as her "best friend." She recently shared a story on Instagram about JJ's diagnosis with Type 1 diabetes, expressing her pride in him.
