MAMA June’s daughter, Honey Boo Boo, has worried fans over her eating habits while dining at a fast food restaurant.
Comments from concerned fans flooded social media after the 16-year-old captured her “gross” behavior on video.

The reality star dropped a chicken nugget on the table and returned it to the cup, sparking backlash from viewers
Honey Boo Boo, whose birth name is Alana Thompson, shared a clip on Instagram of her eating Boston Market chicken nuggets for an ad campaign.
The ad was to promote the chain’s new eight-piece Rotisserie chicken nuggets recently added to their menu.
The video began with the reality star telling her followers that she’s going to try the eatery’s new chicken nuggets, calling them “the best on the market.”
The close-up shot showed Alana dressed casually, sporting a loosely-fitted gray t-shirt, her hair pushed back into a bun and her multiple nose piercings.
The clip then flashes to the teenager sitting at a table inside the restaurant as she digs into the greasy side dish.
Alana eagerly grabbed one piece with her plastic fork, though a second piece fell onto the table when she pulled it out of the plastic cup.
The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo alum seemed unfazed by the spill, commenting, “oh my gosh,” before picking the nugget up with her hands and returning it to the cup with the other pieces.
She then proceeded to indulge, dipping the nugget already on her fork into the sauce.
Alana gave her stamp of approval, giving a thumbs up to the camera.
FAN BACKLASH
Instagram users, however, were less focused on her review and more concerned with her dropping one of the nuggets on the seemingly dirty table.
One person asked: “How clean is that table?????”
Another commented: “Roll that nugget on that germy table and then put it back with the clean food.”
A third echoed the statement: “Picking up chicken from the table and putting it back in your container is unsanitary! You can get cooties!”
A fourth remarked: “I’m sure she ate them all but I can’t believe you picked one off the table and put it back gross.”
A fifth agreed: “It fell on table throw that one away honey boo boo.”
One more wrote: “Wait it fell on that dirty table. How much they pay for this ad?”
Fans have feared for Alana after watching her mother’s poor treatment of the teen in the current season of Mama June: Road to Redemption.
Mama June, real name June Shannon, has been estranged from her youngest child, who has since gone under the care of her sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird.
Pumpkin, 22, is also a mom to a daughter, Ella, four, a son, Bentley, one, and newborn twins with her husband, Josh.
FINANCIAL STRUGGLES
The Celeb Report exclusively reported that times have been tough financially for the family, as Lauryn has struggled to afford basic necessities.
One family insider claimed that “Pumpkin told June she didn’t have any groceries in the house, and she told Pumpkin ‘Well you better get on TikTok and make some d*** n money.”
The source added incredulously: “Why would a mother even say something like that?!”
In a statement to The Celeb Report, Lauryn previously claimed: “I’m doing very well financially… my kids and us have everything we need and want.”
The Road to Redemption star got sole custody of sister Alana in April, and her mom June was ordered to pay child support payments totaling $800.
She has served as Alana’s legal guardian since August 2019, in the thick of June’s drug addiction.
Meanwhile, the family matriarch, 42, is living in Alabama with her new husband, Justin Stroud, 34, who she married after just eight months of dating, as The Celeb Report first exclusively revealed.
