MARRIED at First Sight star Chris Williams suffered a panic attack, as he admitted he’s “not attracted” to his wife Paige Banks.
In a MAFS sneak peek exclusively obtained by The Celeb Report, Paige questioned her husband’s whereabouts when he went “MIA” the morning after their wedding.
Chris told his new bride: “I apologize to you. On the way down to get menus, I had a panic attack. I felt I needed to get myself away from everything. I’m still not all the way good.”
When Paige asked her husband what is “troubling” him, he buried his head in his hands.
She then went over to Chris to comfort him, as she told him: “When we shared our vows yesterday, it was with intention, purpose. This is not going to be easy at all, but I need you to at least meet me half way if this is going to work.”
Chris then revealed the cause of his panic attack: He is not attracted to his wife.
He bluntly told her: “To be perfectly honest with you, I think on paper you’re everything I need. I don’t think the attraction is there yet for me to be perfectly honest.”
On Chris and Paige’s wedding day, he seemed to be unsure if he was attracted to her, as he said “oh s**t” when she walked down the aisle.
Paige said there were “yellow flags” when he told her on their wedding day that he had been engaged only months prior and even covered up a tattoo with his ex’s name.
Paige’s loved ones became upset when Chris told them during the reception that she is the “opposite” of his type, as he typically dates “trophy wives.”
The new season also teases Chris has a baby on the way, as Paige admitted their vows are “being tested.”
