MASKED Singer viewers think they’ve rumbled Panda’s identity, predicting it’s former Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie.
The adventurous bear has been a tough nut to crack for armchair detectives as broad clues have pointed to a variety of names.
Viewers have established Panda was once in a group, has voiced an animated character and dipped its toes in fashion.
One viewer wrote on Twitter: “Panda has to be Fergie. Her Panda eyes are black eyed peas. She has her own shoebrand.”
A second posted: “Panda is Fergie. Songwriter, Singer and Actress. Has shoebrand and Fragrances. Well travelled and can dance.”
A third said: “panda is 100% fergie from black eyed peas…”
Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden appeared to have fun dropping a red herring recently.
She was caught with a suspicious panda head in the boot of her car – sparking rumours she’s behind the character.
Its black and white fur could be seen poking out of a cardboard box before Amanda whizzed away from central London.
The TV star was photographed on Monday as she headed home after work on her radio show.
But the 50-year-old was possibly trying to throw fans off the scent as her Heart Radio co-host Ashley Roberts has also been suggested.
Panda, Robobunny, Mushroom, Rockhopper and Traffic Cone are the characters still in the competition.
During Saturday night’s episode of the ITV show, Panda performed Blame it on the Boogie by The Jacksons and left the judges stumped once again.
