SAS instructor reveals insights
An SAS instructor has openly criticized former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, branding him as arrogant and lacking emotional intelligence. Jason Fox, an ex-Special Forces hero, shared his opinion on Hancock's behavior during their time on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Struggles on the show
Despite making it to the final episode of the series, Hancock failed to earn the trust of the instructors, who ultimately decided to remove him from the show. Fox mentioned on the Monday Mile podcast that Hancock quickly irritated the team with his actions.
Clever but emotionally lacking
Fox acknowledged Hancock's academic intelligence but pointed out a lack of emotional intelligence. He mentioned that although Hancock put in a lot of effort, his demeanor came across as arrogant, leading to a lack of trust from the team.
"Whether he meant to or not doesn't matter. He did, and because of that, we just didn't trust him enough to understand or know who he really was," Fox stated.
