LOVE Island star Mayra Higgins has distracted her fans with her latest social media post – as her following accuse her of using Photoshop.
The Irish TV personality took to Instagram with a saucy snap showing off her toned abdominals on Friday as she headed out on the town.
Fans couldn’t help but find themselves distracted as Maura, 30, flexed her muscles – but it appears for all the wrong reasons.
Her following immediately flooded the comments section of her latest snap – taken by pal Molly-Mae Hague – to accuse the former Islander of a Photoshop fail.
Maura could be seen posing in a black crop top, showing off her midriff with a pair of low-waisted neon pink Tom Ford trousers.
Fans suggested that the waistband had been altered – along with her stomach – as they wrote that she “didn’t need” to edit her Instagram photos.
“You’re gorgeous, please don’t edit your waist like that! Girls aspire to be you and that’s just unobtainable!” one woman kickstarted the debate.
Another chimed in: “I love this so much, but that waistband is fishy. I’m sure she’s fit even without whatever edit she used there.”
“Is that bad photoshop on the waist? Stunning girl with an amazing body, no need to edit if it is,” a third said, as a fourth simply asked: “Photoshop?”
Maura appeared unaware of any issues with the photo as she simply posted the two with the caption: “Colourful evening.”
But as comments about her waist racked up, the Love Island star took to her stories to clarify the snaps had just been “brightened and sharpened”.
“My DMs are full – ‘too much photoshop’,” she wrote alongside a video showing all the photos that didn’t make the cut, showing off her similarly toned waist.
“Proud to say no, this is me and my raw camera roll from last night. Just brightened and sharpened. Sue me.”
On Thursday night, Molly-Mae and best pal Maura stepped out for a glam night both looking pretty in pink attire.
The pair have been best friends ever since they met on Love Island but it didn’t begin like that.
At first, when Maura entered the villa she gunned for Molly-Mae’s man and now boyfriend, Tommy Fury.
Tommy, however, choose Molly-Mae, and Molly-Mae and Maura very quickly formed a friendship that has blossomed ever since.
The outing comes after Molly-Mae and Tommy’s home was robbed of £800,000 worth of their personal property.
Molly-Mae spoke of the ordeal on her YouTube video a few weeks later branding it the “worst thing that’s ever happened” to her.
The influencer said the robbers “took everything” but that their punishment will come around to get them.
Molly-Mae and her boxing beau Tommy were left devastated when an “experienced gang” robbed their home.
It was ransacked as they partied at Molly’s Beauty Works launch on October 21.
