MAX George has hit back at the latest Celebrity Masterchef fix row after fans accused him of ‘lying’ about not being able to cook.
The Wanted singer raised a few eyebrows after wowing the judges despite ‘never cooking at home’.

The 34-year-old took to his Instagram story to respond to those claims.
The pop star shared a screen shot of The Celeb Report’s story and wrote: “I’ve seen lots of food, never cooked it, come for dinner.”
The star is one of the 20 famous faces taking part in the BBC show this year.
On Wednesday Max was among the latest batch of celebs to try their luck in the kitchen and impress judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode.
Before he began, Max told the cameras that he lied on his application form for Celebrity MasterChef just to get on the show.
He claimed he cooked “four times a week” but admitted that he “doesn’t cook at all”.
Max then impressed fans and the judges when the cooked up a storm in the kitchen.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, some fans accused Max of “lying” about his experience in the kitchen.
One said: “Is Max George lying about not knowing how to cook?”
Another added: “Can’t cook but making steak, jam and custard.”
And a third wrote: “Max taking the easy route with soup.”
Last month Max and girlfriend Maisie Smith were all smiles as they posed for a selfie to celebrate her 21st birthday.
Max wrapped his tattooed arms around the actress as they took a dip in the hotel pool.
The soap star put on a daring display as she flashed her cleavage in the barely-there bikini top.
The loved-up pair started dating in September 2022.
