Sam, who rose to fame on Made In Chelsea, has been in a relationship with former Love Island star Zara since May 2019. However, their conflicting TV commitments caused a dilemma. While Zara signed up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing, Sam secretly agreed to take part in I'm A Celebrity. As a result, Zara's appearance on IAC couldn't be confirmed in case she was still on Strictly by the final episode of I'm A Celeb, which airs this Sunday.
Pete Steps In
In a twist of fate, Zara was eliminated from Strictly at the end of October, leaving her unable to join Sam in Australia. Instead, Sam's best friend Pete was given the opportunity to meet him on the famous bridge when he leaves the camp. Zara expressed her understanding and support for Pete's involvement, saying that she "can't wait to see that hug!"
It seems the reunion between Sam and Zara will have to wait until after I'm A Celeb, but fans are still hoping to see the couple together soon.
