NAKED Education has been defended by it’s host Anna Richardson despite viewer fury.
The controversial new Channel 4 series has racked up nearly 1,000 complaints to the official broadcast regulator.

Despite the backlash, Anna, 52, defended the educational series as she said it is good for body positivity.
In an exclusive interview with TV Mag, she explained: “Naked Education is a body positive, educational series that is basically aiming to normalise all body types and champion everybody’s differences, so that we can accept that with our clothes off we’re all normal.”
“I like to make shows that are controversial, that break taboos and that make a difference, and with every single show that I’ve done you can tick one of those boxes.
The presenter who also hosts the hit nude dating show Naked Attraction, but she admits this show is more conversational.
Anna commented: “Naked Education is sort of one step further than Naked Attraction, as it says: ‘Let’s normalise bodies, let’s have the conversation about what we go through and let’s actually educate the nation.”
This comes as Channel 4 has been hit with nearly 1,000 complaints over their new show which sees adults strip in front of children as young as 14.
Viewers were left shocked at Naked Education, which aims to champion body positivity, and rushed to contact broadcasting regulator, Ofcom.
The first episode, which aired on April 4, racked up 930 complaints from angry viewers.
Complaints related to nudity before the watershed, and to this being presented to participants in the programme aged 14-16.
The episode saw a group of adults disrobe in front of the teens. One told the youngsters she had stopped shaving her pubic hair.
The six-part series is hosted by Anna Richardson with Yinka Bokinni and former Love Island star Dr Alex George.
