New Race Across The World: Former Couple Takes on Hit BBC Show

Race Across the World Returns with a Twist

The popular show "Race Across the World" is set to return with an exciting twist as a former couple signs up for the adventure. The new BBC series will feature once-married Yin and Gaz, along with a diverse set of contestants including sisters, teenage lovebirds, and a mother-son duo.

Challenging Journey and Unique Format

The teams will start their journey at the Great Wall of China, travel through Nepal to India, and aim to reach the finish line in Kanniyakumari, covering a distance of 14,000km. Unlike typical reality shows, contestants on "Race Across the World" are not allowed to use smartphones or bank cards, relying only on the cost of a plane ticket for their expenses.

Exciting Lineup and Premiere Date

The teams for the new series include siblings, couples, and a mother-son duo, promising a mix of personalities and dynamics. "Race Across the World" is set to premiere on April 23 at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer, with fans eagerly anticipating the start of the nine-episode competition.

Previous Winner's Heartwarming Gesture

Last year's winner, Alfie Watts, made headlines for finally treating himself to a Kobe beef meal months after winning the reality show. Alongside his friend Owen Wood, Alfie traveled over 14,000km from Japan to Indonesia, capturing viewers' hearts with their journey and genuine moments along the way.
