Ruby O’Donnell looked partied out
The actress appeared to be having a blast though
Owen had ditched his red velvet jacket and bow tie by this point, while Jemma swapped her red figure-hugging dress for a miniskirt and leather jacket.
Their Hollyoaks co-star Ruby O’Donnell, 22, was bleary-eyed, but in high spirits, as she left the venue.
The actress looked great in a black crop top, which showed off her abs, and zebra print trousers. She smiled brightly as she closed her eyes, ready to finish her night.
Another Hollyoaks star, Ross Adams, was snapped ordering a McDonald’s to his hotel for a tasty late night snack.
Owen and Jemma – who play Romeo Nightingale and Rayne Royce in Hollyoaks, respectively – smiled happily at one another as they posed for pictures on the red carpet earlier in the night.
Speaking about their relationship to The Celeb Report, Owen joked: “Jemma kept messaging me and messaging and asking me to go on dates and then I just gave in.
“Ahhh seriously though it took me a while to pluck up the courage to ask her out.
“I’ve just been on holiday with her family they are all amazing.”
Coronation Street was the big winner at this year’s awards scooping six prizes – but it failed to snatch the big gong.
The ITV soap’s hard-hitting acid attack storyline, actress Charlotte Jordan and Dame Maureen Lipman were all honoured at the glittering bash in Salford’s Lowry Theatre.
Dame Maureen was crowned Best Comedy Performer for her role as Evelyn Plummer.
Channique Sterling-Brown also took home her own gong for Best Newcomer.

The acid attack storyline also won again for Best Storyline.

However, it lost out on the coveted Best British Soap award to BBC rival EastEnders.

EastEnders’ Lily Slater star Lillia Turner took home the gong for Best Young Performer.
And Danielle Harold won Best Leading Performer for her work as tragic cancer victim Lola Pearce-Brown.
Meanwhile, Hollyoaks took home two awards with Eric’s incel plot being named Best Storyline, and The Tony Warren Award going to casting superstar Peter Hunt.
And despite a bumper year, Emmerdale could only manage one win.
The ITV soap failed to win a single storyline award, but did take home a lifetime achievement award for Marlon Dingle star Mark Charnock.
