VIEWERS of Perfect House, Secret Location have been left furious after tuning into the first episode of the new Channel 4 show.
Perfect House, Secret Location sees Steve Jones drive blindfolded families across the UK in a van in a bid to find them a dream home.
The programme aims to show people how far their money can go in locations they wouldn’t normally consider.
At the end of each episode, the families are left with a big decision: stay local or take a leap of faith and start a new life somewhere far away.
Airing for the first time on Thursday night, Steve, 45, showed Steffi and Jimmy McGeoghan a number of properties away from London.
Steffi, 37, and Jimmy, 38, had been based in Brentford for the past fourteen years with their three children Alice, Heidi and Franklin.
The family visited a mock-Tudor home, a Georgian house with a wine cellar and an old converted Post Office as they looked for more space.
They were taken to the coast in Hastings for their first visit, where they saw the spacious Tudor house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The three following visits saw them visit Cambridge, South Norfolk and Uxbridge in the hopes of finding their dream property.
Steffi and James took their family back to the Georgian home in Cambridgeshire to decide whether to put an offer in on the huge house.
But before they got a chance, an offer was put in by another buyer and they lost out on the “perfect house”.
While the family were impressed with all the homes on offer, viewers watching from their sofas were angry at how the programme portrayed property-buying outside the capital.
“London w*****s who can afford to buy a castle after selling their s***ty little suburban houses,” one viewer scathed.
A second chimed in: “Wanna know precisely what’s wrong with housing in Britain today?
“Why London has such a toxic effect and just how tone bloody deaf and screamingly angry smug property programmes can make you when whole generations can’t get housed? Head to Perfect House.”
“Believe me, the locals are sharpening their pitchforks at the sight of you!” a third fan fumed on Twitter.
It comes after Steve admitted that hosting the programme made him and his wife Phylicia, 36, to consider a move of their own.
Currently living in a charming country home in Bray, Maidenhead, they are now discussing a big move to the seaside.
In an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report, he said: “Myself and my wife have talked a lot about living on the coast and there are a couple of coastal properties we looked at and I thought ‘do you know what? I really could see myself here. This is a lovely part of the world.’
“I don’t want to say exactly where because it might ruin the reveal in the show. It definitely inspired me, which I think bodes well because that’s what the show’s about. It’s about inspiring the viewer as well to embrace what could be a different way of looking for your future property.”
Perfect House, Secret Location airs tonight at 8pm on Channel 4
