THIS Morning anchor Phillip Schofield let his hair down on a boozy night with his co-star – but it wasn’t Holly Willoughby.
The broadcasting pair, who are close pals off screen, have been separated on the ITV show this week as mum of three Holly, 41, isolates after having contracted Covid.
Instead, Phillip, 59, took to his Instagram page to document his night with This Morning chef Clodagh McKenna, timed to chime with St Patrick’s Day which fell on Thursday.
The pair beamed as they supped pints of Guinness in a ramshackle trendy bar adorned with huge bookcases and bright daffodils.
After posing for a selfie, Phil wrote in his Instagram Stories caption: “The most incredible Irish hospitality with Clodagh McKenna, her lovely Harry and their wonderful friends and family. Thank you,” followed by a loved-up Emoji icon.
Later Instagram slides showed tables adorned with daffodils and candles, a live band playing Irish music.

He then filmed a pal Irish dancing on a long wooden table before rounding off his posts with the message: “What a night.”
SHOW SHAKE UP
This week it was revealed Josie Gibson would be co-hosting This Morning alongside Phil after Holly was forced to isolate.
Holly was also forced to miss last week’s Dancing on Ice semi final after catching the virus.
Josie stood in for Holly when she had been ill before, presenting the show with Phillip last November for three days.
Holly was struck down with Covid just hours before last week’s live taping of Dancing on Ice.
Phillip was gutted to be presented the semi final without his partner in crime.
Sharing a smiley snap of the two together on Instagram, he wrote: “Gutted that my mate won’t be with me on Dancing on Ice tonight.
“Get well soon darlin [love heart].”

The Celeb Report revealed earlier this week that ITV had Josie, Alison and Rochelle Humes on standby to replace Holly until she returns a negative Covid-19 test.
A source said: “Holly will be missed this week but Rochelle, Alison and Josie are more than capable of stepping in and holding the fort until Holly’s back.”
