PREGNANT Love Island star Shaughna Phillips has been rushed to hospital after a “worrying pain in her stomach”.
The reality TV contestant – who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2020 – is currently expecting her first child.

Shaughna, 28, took to her Instagram to reveal that she had headed to hospital after noticing a “worrying” pain.
The star – who announced her pregnancy earlier this year – took to her Instagram stories to tell fans about the scare.
Posting a photo of a heart-rate monitor, she told fans that she had a pain “for the last few days” that left her concerned.
“Came to the hospital this morning because I’ve been having a strange pain in my belly for the last few days that was worrying me,” Shaughna told her followers.
“Baby is happy and chilling but I’ve got an infection that needs treating.
“I always get scared that I’m wasting the hospital’s time or that what I’m feeling might just be normal when your body is growing a baby, but I’m glad I listened to my instinct.”
Shaughna is currently expecting her first baby with her mystery boyfriend Billy, who has never been shown on her social media.
Yesterday, the star revealed the heartbreaking reason why she planned to not name her baby after her late dad.
The star revealed her pregnancy by posting to Instagram with a video of her ultrasound – and has kept fans guessing over the gender and name of the child.
While many were certain she would opt to name her baby after her late dad Edward, she has now confirmed otherwise.
Shaughna revealed the heartbreaking reason why she would struggle to call her baby “Eddie”, despite considering it.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the star revealed her name choices as part of a tell-all fan Q&A.
“Do you have baby’s name sorted already?” one fan asked, to which Shaughna replied: “Baby will be named after his dad if it’s a boy, so it will be Billy.
“We’re keeping the girl’s name a secret but it’s not a sentimental name, just a name we both love.”
Someone else followed up, wanting to know more: “Why name him after his dad and not your dad?”
“When I said ‘his dad’, I meant the baby’s dad, aka my boyfriend,” Shaughna added. “My dad’s name will be the baby’s second name.
“There’s a few reasons I’m not naming my baby after my dad.
“My dad’s actual name is Edward but everyone called him Eddie, and I just don’t know how OK I would be with saying my dad’s name every day.
“I still struggle with my dad not being here, so I think it would be too much for me. Baby will be Billy Edward if it’s a boy.”
