PREGNANT Stacey Solomon has revealed it’s been the “longest, most emotional week” after her son Rex’s accident.
The two-year-old’s temperature “spiked” last night following an operation on his lip.
The 31-year-old Loose Women star admitted they were “in for the long haul” after arriving in hospital for the third time this week.
Exhausted Stacey posted a picture of herself lying on a hospital bed wearing a mask at 10.50pm writing: “Aw guys…
“We are back in triage because Rex’s temperature has been spiking tonight.
“They’re sure it’s all ok but because he’s little and post op they won’t take any risks, so it looks like we are in for the long haul tonight.
“It’s been the longest, most emotional week. I honestly don’t know how I’ve even got one eyelash still on 
.”
The mum-of-three rushed the Rex into A&E on Sunday after a “nightmare” accident.
They both stayed on hospital overnight and had stitches put in on Tuesday – but she has revealed their ordeal still isn’t over.
Speaking earlier this week Stacey revealed Rex, her youngest son, had suffered a nasty fall in the garden at the weekend and needed stitches.
She told fans the ordeal left her fiance Joe Swash in tears and he had to leave the hospital room.
She told followers: “We had a nightmare yesterday. Rex fell over in the garden and we were like, ‘Up you get.’ Then we looked and it was not an ‘up you get’ situation.
“He hurt his lip so we took him into A&E and he had some little butterfly strips put on.”
