Red Dwarf star Chloe Annett appears ageless as she steps away from TV spotlight

From sitcom fame to Comic Con appearances

Nineties sitcom star Chloe Annett seems to have discovered the secret to aging backward, as she continues to stun fans with her youthful appearance. Best known for her role as Kristine Kochanski in BBC Two's Red Dwarf, the 52-year-old actress left the TV spotlight behind but remains a familiar face to sci-fi enthusiasts.

Stepping into the sci-fi realm

Chloe took over the role of Kristine Kochanski in Red Dwarf for the seventh and eighth series in 1997 and 1999, respectively. Fans rejoiced when the show made a comeback in 2009 with 'Red Dwarf: Back to Earth,' in celebration of its 21st anniversary, where Chloe made an appearance. However, she did not reprise her role when the series returned full time in 2012 or in the 2020 special.

Life beyond Red Dwarf

Following her time on Red Dwarf, Chloe Annett ventured into various other popular TV shows, including Kiss Me Kate, The Asylum, Doctors, Casualty, and Leila. Her most recent television appearance was as Pat Lang in Holby City back in 2014, after which she has taken a break from the screen.

Comic Con regular

Despite her absence from mainstream television, Chloe remains connected to her fans through appearances at Comic Con conventions. She was last seen at Comic Con Spring in Olympia, London, in February 2022, where she engaged with admirers of her work.
