REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills fans slammed Erika Jayne for showing “no sympathy” to the victims.
Fans rushed to Twitter to slam the star as she cried that she “had nothing to do” with ex-husband Tom Girardi’s lawsuit.
During Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH, Erika spoke to co-stars Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna as reports came out that she and Tom were being sued for embezzlement.
After admitting she was doing “f**king horrible,” Erika said: “This sucks so bad.
“Things that are being said are just wrong. People are believing them and they’re everywhere and it’s terrible and I’m here by myself.
“And what’s being said, it’s just insane. That my divorce is a sham. But nobody cares about the facts.”
The 50-year-old said people are calling her divorce “a sham so I can help hide assets,” while she added in a confessional: “Divorce is very painful. And then to have it called a sham is even more painful.
“It took a lot of courage to leave him and it took two seconds for some asshole to say it was a sham and for everybody to believe it.”
The Bravo star then insisted she was “in the dark,” adding: “Their suing the firm and I’m being attached to it.
“I don’t know what happens from here. Some very bad things could happen.”
In a confessional, the RHOBH star said: “I don’t know why I would be named in the lawsuit I have nothing to do with it.”
She told her co-stars: “I’ve got more lawyers than I can f**king afford.”
When asked if Tom was paying for her lawyers, she said: “He hasn’t given me one dime since I walked out that door, so this is all on me.”
Erika added in a confessional: “To be out here on your own and to have millions of dollars of lawsuits pointed at you is heavy.”
She then broke down in tears while talking to Kyle and Lisa as she said: “I didn’t do this!”

RHOBH fans quickly took to Twitter to slam Erika for having “no sympathy” for hers and Tom’s victims.
One person wrote: “erika has expressed zero empathy for the victims whether or not she did it. it’s all about her.”
Another added: “Even if Erika truly had no idea about the funds being stolen from Tom’s clients, then she should consider helping these victims out as much as humanly possible.”
A third chimed in: I” do not feel sorry for Erika. She has shown NO sympathy for the people who needed that money for their medical expenses. F**k her!”
The backlash continued as another viewer wrote: “Sure, Erika. But why don’t you have anything to say about the wrong Tom did to all these victims? Why aren’t you sad about that?”
An additional fan wrote: “If Erika wonders why so many people have turned on her, maybe she should have showed an ounce of remorse for the true victims. She’s so focused on her reputation, her career. She is really arrogant, totally narcissist.”
Another commented: “Erika is more worried about her imagine and what people are saying about her than the victims.”
Alongside a gif of Kermit the Frog drinking tea, a following RHOBH star wrote: “Erika doesn’t seem very concerned about the victims money that she’s been wearing AT ALL.”

The RHOBH star announced her split from Tom back in early November after 21 years of marriage.
Last year, Erika and Tom were hit with a lawsuit for embezzlement that claimed he had “resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements,” including ones for those who had lost loved ones in a plane crash.
The complaint accused him of embezzling the settlement proceeds in order to “continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles.”
