The Bravo star placed her hand on her tummy as she shot a sultry look at the camera.
Teresa pulled her hair back and tied the strands into a ponytail.
Her brunette hair was long enough to cover the top of the sofa cushions.
The reality star stunned in her denim bra, which slightly teased a wardrobe malfunction.
Her fiancé Luis Ruelas also shared a steamy snapshot in his Instagram story.
Luis tagged his fiancee and added a heart emoji in the caption.
She wore the same denim bra as she bent her knees and sat on the sofa.
Teresa appeared to be distracted as she looked in the opposite direction.
The Deadmau5 song, The Veidt, played in the background.
Teresa and Luis have been engaged since October 2021.
Their engagement came one year after she finalized her divorce from her ex-husband Joe Giudice, also 50.
She shares her four daughters with her former partner: Gia, 21, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 16, and Audriana, 12.
GIA BEING HAPPY
Recently, Teresa’s daughter Gia seemed unrecognizable in her new pictures posted on social media.
The 21-year-old TV star stood outside sometime during the summer evening.
She sported a deep tan and had big lips, which highlighted her pink lipstick.
Gia smiled at the camera as she wore a matching pink bodysuit and dark jeans.
Among her accessories were a black chain bag and a dog-tag necklace.
She captioned the post: “Happy happy” and added a smiley face emoji.
Gia shared sweet images with her pals and wrote: “My friends are really cute.”
Real Housewives fans shared their concerns about the TV personality’s appearance, which they claimed had apparently changed.
One fan argued that Gia does “not need more lip injections” while another fan pointed out that she has “to stop with the face injections.”
GIA’S NOSE JOB
Back in 2020, Gia admitted she had gotten a nose job from Dr. Geoffrey Tobias.
She showed off her new nose while posing next to her famous mother.
Gia wrote: “Yes, I got a nose job.”
“I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while, and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!”
Teresa’s daughter mentioned that her nose was “swollen” due to the post-op, but she was still “absolutely in love with it.”
