RICHARD Madeley went ‘missing’ from Good Morning Britain today – just two days after getting back from his summer break.
The much-loved host had eight weeks off to concentrate on writing his new novel.

He usually presents three days a week alongside Susanna Reid
It meant co-host Susanna Reid shared more screen-time with guest presenters Ed Balls and Martin Lewis.
Fans celebrated his return on Tuesday this week, but he’s already finished his shift for the week.
Richard used to present GMB alongside Susanna from Monday to Wednesday.
Martin’s Money Mondays was launched in September – a weekly show with the money-saving guru giving advice to viewers amid the cost of living crisis.
It meant Richard was only on for two days this week as Ben Shephard returned to the hot seat this morning.
The Celeb Report revealed earlier this week Money Saving Expert Martin has left Good Morning Britain.
He’s gone on a long break to focus on filming his popular ITV show The Martin Lewis Money Show Live. He’ll be back later this year.
