BIG Breakfast fans were left cringing this morning when Rita Ora complained about a “dusty apple” she’d been given.
However, the hosts quickly explained to her that the offending fruit was in fact a peach.

Big Breakfast host AJ Odudu informed the singer it was in fact a peach
Pop favourite and Masked Singer judge Rita was appearing on the revamped version of the classic TV breakfast show.
Appearing via video link, she began ranting about the state of the ‘apples’ that had been left in her Los Angeles hotel room.
She said: “I just looked in my fruit bowl… a dusty apple. Look at this! Can you see it?”
Rita added: “I don’t even know if it’s an apple, I think it might be a shrivelled pear.”
Struggling to contain her laughter, Big Breakfast host AJ Odudu said: “I’m sorry to break it to you. It’s a peach, not an apple.”

The star, who was dialling into the show on American time, said: “Is it? It’s 3am guys, give me a break!”
Mo Gilligan added: “Rita is obviously a lady who doesn’t go to the supermarket.”
One viewer told the singer: “Love you but you might need to get stronger glasses babes.”
Another wrote: “Rita Ora thinking a peach was a ‘dusty apple’. She lives on her own planet. I love her.”
Masked Singer host Joel Dommett, who was also a guest on the show today, didn’t do her any favours – pointing out some of her other gaffes.
Mentioning she once thought a boxing legend who died in 2016 could have been behind one of the masks on show, he said: “We’re all guessing these stupid things.
“Rita, she once guessed Muhammad Ali. That’s the stupidest guess of all time.
“Alan Partridge! She didn’t know that it was a character,.”
