Ruth, who co-hosted ITV's This Morning with Eamonn for 15 years, shared her perspective on dealing with relationship breakdowns, stating, "You can crumble or pick yourself up and get on with life. It's a choice."
Embracing the single life
Despite the pain of divorce, Ruth expressed acceptance of the situation, emphasizing the importance of making choices that are just about herself. She also mentioned her weight loss journey following the split.
Looking ahead
While Eamonn has moved on with a new relationship, Ruth is focusing on her career, hosting Loose Women and appearing on QVC. She expressed contentment with her current projects and not actively seeking new big ventures.
