She mentioned that even minor memory lapses send her into a panic, but she tries to focus on enjoying life rather than worrying about the future.

Ruth also opened up about her recent weight loss, attributing it to her divorce and a hormone check and rebalance. Despite prioritizing her health, she emphasized that she's not obsessed with dieting and aims to find a balance in her lifestyle.

Split Impact on Health

Reflecting on her divorce from Eamonn Holmes, Ruth shared that the weight loss might also signal the end of menopause for her. The former couple is reportedly seeking a 'quickie divorce,' with Ruth keen on keeping their Surrey mansion as part of the settlement.
