Ryan Thomas reunites with former Coronation Street co-stars amid family feud

Actor Ryan Thomas, known for his role as Jason Grimshaw on Coronation Street, recently reunited with his former co-stars Jane Danson, Brooke Vincent, and Samia Longchambon.

Ryan Thomas, who spent 16 years on the popular ITV soap, shared a picture on Instagram featuring himself, the cast members, and his young son. The caption read, "Manchester's finest & Roman." Fans of the show expressed their excitement and urged Thomas to return to Coronation Street, with one follower commenting, "The streets are calling your name Ryan."

Brooke Vincent, who portrayed Sophie Webster on the soap, took a step back from the show in 2019 to focus on parenthood. Jane Danson has played Leanne Battersby since 1997, with a brief break in 2000. Samia Longchambon has portrayed Maria Connor since 2000.

Thomas previously dated Tina O'Brien, who still appears on Coronation Street as Sarah Platt. The couple shares a daughter named Scarlett but has had a strained relationship since their split. Tina O'Brien went on to marry Adam Crofts in 2018, with whom she has a son named Beau. Despite the tensions, Thomas was even invited to their wedding.

Last year, the feud between Thomas and O'Brien escalated when O'Brien allegedly smashed Thomas's car with a baseball bat during a late-night altercation. Just a few months ago, O'Brien publicly criticized Thomas, calling him "cruel" and a "liar."

In the past, O'Brien has spoken about the challenges of co-parenting with Thomas, stating that it has taken years and a lot of restraint. However, she emphasized the importance of putting their differences aside for the sake of their daughter Scarlett.

Ryan Thomas is now engaged to Lucy Mecklenburgh, with whom he has two children.
